Glennon likely wont be a 1st round pick. Scouts are smarter than the "experts" that drool over his size and arm strength.

no they arent

One thing I will say though, is that in this coming offseason there will be one QB that makes it to a Pro Bowl mixed in somewhere. I haven't got a clue who it will be, but I think one unpredicted QB makes an impact on the NFL at some point.

Derek Anderson and Jake Delhomme have made Pro Bowls. That's not an accomplishment.

Ladies and gentlemen, your WL president has spoken (correctly, but that's understood).

If I was betting, Pioli will take a page out of his Patriot days and trade that 1st pick to some foolish GM who thinks he is one player away from contending...KC is multiple seasons away from being relevant, not one draft pick away so start stocking up...

Or he could just take Star Lotulelei, the one legitimately dominant player in this draft class.

Yeah just what the Chiefs need...another DT with a high draft choice.

At the end of the day...no QB no chance...unless your defense is crazy dominant.

You need a QB who will avoid turnovers. It's no coincidence that the two times Eli won his magic anal horseshoe prevented possible turnovers whereas he's thrown six interceptions in his three other playoff games. Meanwhile Peyton's penchant for turnovers explains why he's lost his first playoff game in 7 out of 11 appearances.

edit:
Also explains why Tebow went 7-4 with a playoff win despite throwing like my mom.

Denver's defense doesn't get enough credit imo, same with giant's defense during their championship runs

Denver's defense was 24th in points and 20th in yards last season. They won because of Tebow, not in spite of him. Turnovers are the single greatest factor in whether or not a team wins.

didn't know their defense was that bad last season. seemed like a watch a bunch of games with no offense all game until the 4th quarter with them winning like 20 - 15 not winning 30 - 25. didn't realize their offense was dropping points like that cause if the defense was that bad they must have been top 10 in scoring.

Wow Denver's offense was worse than their defense last year.
