Im all for this as well starting iver every season from scratch is the biggest reason why i get frustrated with the game.and just start to get burned out.
+1 I like it, if for no other reason than not having to rename the player.

I'm not familiar with the implementation process. Do 11 pages of "+1's" have the capability to override the voting? Or do more votes need to be cast to either implement or discard this suggestion?
It's already been said, but there is still no compelling reason NOT to implement this suggestion.

The problem with the votes on something like this is that there are many upper level owners/coaches/agents who dislike Pee-Wee in general, especially due to our claims that PWG = WL in coaching skill level, so they vote anything Pee-Wee related down just to be jerks.

I was just thinking that these guys wanna keep coming back to dominate the pee wee league, but for many players this is a first experience with GLB and getting beat up bye someone that is taking advantage of his experience season after season at the pee wee level (because maybe he can't cut it in the advanced levels) could scare off many would be life long players from ever getting hooked on the game because of a bad experience starting out! For a rookie to come in and actually have a real opportunity to win, would be the best hook I know of to keep a person coming back season after season spending his or her money.

How does that make the OP idea a -1 though? Those experienced guys will be coming back to Peewee if they want to anyway, this just saves them from spending extra time re-making players, re-uploading avatars, and so on. It gives them no playing advantage whatsoever. This is just a time and effort saving idea, with no negative effects at all that I can see.

OK, I can tell you don;t play on any peewee teams at all. I say this caus, when a new team crops up. All of us "veteran" PeeWee leaguers, send out PM to the new players and offer help. We help each other and even GM on several teams to help out so that it is not only fun for everyone, but very competitive. PeeWee is a different sort of league because of this. I was new 4 seasons ago and when I got all this help from strangers on my league just to help me get started and answer all my questions and even let me use their tactics to get started... Well the list goes on and on... we help each other and we help all the new players... And yes there are levels for the newbie's to play in as well. Don't ruin something like this for us who enjoy it caus you know nothing about it!
