i cant speak for the other 2 HB's....but bear's HB spent several seasons just mentoring because he really doesnt care all that much about stats...hes mostly concerned with being good in the pros and the WL. Not only that...but hes a great agent and doesn't even care about the amount of carries i give him...it could be 20+ or it could be 0 for the day...he really doesnt care. That is how he has always been with his dudes. At the same time...he has one of the best builds ive seen for someone who didn't cap build at all.
