No. Six of these teams qualify, four don't. Since Pittsburgh is ahead of four teams, they are in regardless. This would move DC from "bubble" to "in" ahead of Pittsburgh and behind Venice. Meanwhile, it drops Munich from the "bubble" into the "out" category.

The last spot is either Tahiti or the 2-1 E team.

This 'E' game isn't even scheduled yet which is getting ridiculous. I would recommend a deadline and if it's not played, taking Tahiti.

Owner of the Athletics has gone inactive... i will give him until tomorrow night, 10:00 PM EST. if he is still inactive then, they will have to forfiet the game, making the war machines (http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=6440) 2-1. but the problem is... since they didnt play a game, we dont know how the points would go... should we just add 20 or so points to their points allowed?

That kinda screws the seeding, who knows how many points would have been scored on them. And 20 could be really high or really low.

this is pretty accurate, but the war hunters are at 36 points allowed right now, which would put them in. but since they havent played the game... who knows... maybe they give up 100, or 0...

You could do a few things here:

A) declare War Hunters only 1-1 and not qualified
B) take the War Hunters average points allowed (18) and add it to their present total 18+36 = 54
C) make the forfeit worth zero points allowed
D) Make up an arbitrary number and add it to their total
E) Schedule a game between War Hawks and Tahiti

My take is that allowing a 1-1 team to skip to the top of eight 2-1s (and a 9th 3-1 team) on a forfeit is a bad idea so I don't like C. I don't think D is fair to them either. I'd recommend A, B, or E.

Well obviously I'm biased here but I am definitely willing to play War Hawks for the last seed.

What are we waiting for?

It sounds like you have 15 of the 16 seeds.. the 16th plays #1.. just announce the match-ups and then only 1 game is delayed.

I think you should have a play-in game between Hawks and Tahiti.. the winner plays the #1 seed. easy peasy

we only have 6 spots left. so those 6 on the in and bubble are in. since the War machines have not responded to my PM's i am deciding to go with your plan of A, making them 1-1, and not qualified
