WPL forum should be WPL members talking about things they want to mention to other WPL members. With limits of course (as DB says).

There's a different between locking things a person doesn't like and locking things that break the rules.

It's not just the locking or moving of threads that's important, there are some mods that do that well, it's the fact that repeat offenders never learn their lesson. People who continue to post garbage should be banned so they learn from it and don't repeat the mistake over and over and over again. GLB needs moderators that work to solve problems rather than just brush them under the rug.
