Don't know honestly. I'm fairly convinced it will become obsolete (along with the TOC). But, that really is up to the PWL teams to decide. I suppose there may be some non PWL teams who end up merging (like Drygerian) and all of a sudden be mega powers, but probably not many.

I've been asking some people for ideas, and will continue to do so. PMs are always open if anyone wants to give me an idea or three.

Yeah, the TOC becomes more obsolete than the traveling trophy. The traveling trophy could still be used for the pro leagues, and would pretty much show the 'best of the rest'. The TOC on the other hand really wouldn't serve any purpose, as the previous seasons pro league champs would all be in the same league anyway. =/

If a team I coordinated on was in the World League, i'd have exactly no motivation to join (or try) in any outside tournaments.

Yup, there'd be no point. Tournaments acted as a good stop gap before the world league was released though.

Yeah, Hazy's will likely be the only major tourney to survive when the WL arrives.

you still could keep the pro traveling trophy....but it would just be like the AAA traveling trophy in that nobody cares.

FYI, the Krazy Monkeys declined so discussions continue...

Since this thing becomes obsolete next season anyway why not give Drygeria or Cinci a shot?
