Air Force has the shortest deployments of 4 - 6 months. 2 months would not serve the purpose.

that sucks

As a foreigner it's odd to see all this "our country" especially with leagues on all continents officially. Also, is military service the only prerequisite, or could, for example, a 3 month research dig in Egypt qualify a person, or an extended vacation, or whatever it might be?
