IMO, anyone who doesn't have first match up scheduled should be bumped off today.
WS, and i'm sure many won't accept scrimmage during playoffs on game days, so this really limits the times open to finish late is season.
No way will we get this in by season end if teams are dragging feet and haven't yet scheduled their first game.
Not trying to be harsh but we should only take teams in tournament that are serious about getting games played.

LGFOT is going to try and schedule their game (saw it in another forum). Zambia, Vegas and Manila have all tried to schedule their games to no avail.
