Definately a good idea. This would help our a lot in recruiting.

i'm just a noob in his1st season , but have 3 players in human run teams. i think this idea would be great for new starters, as well as the veteran players.

AND, it might save on the chaos of recruiting the forums! As soon as you get an offer, you would likely negotiate with them (if that teams suits your player), and would not be trolling the forums looking for better offers.

YES!.... even though then possibly players will be more inclined to increase their signing bonuses and such
