As for the Cb stat part, I don't think it'll be able to do that, as it's not already recorded by GLB.

inbox script is now messed up since forum upgrades with the marketplace tab, new messages in you inbox now get listed as new on the forum tab.

couldnt someone do it similar to the pancake stack?

A script that puts an Alert tab on top along with a display when you get one?

Is it possible to get the catch rate, and targets to the player page- totaled and everything? Might be easier to put totals on team stats

It can only be done on the replay page itself just like the pancake script. But, you can watch the replay and tell exactly who got burned, so how useful would the script really be?
