no probs... the rankings are based on current league positions but i reckon the monkeys could finish anywhere between 7 and 11.. most likely 8-10 though... good luck pushing for playoffs

Man I was pissed when we blew it vs. the Redskins in the 4th quarter but they got through that game and then went on to beat the Topes by 4 as well. They look set to head into week 14 undefeated on the back of those 2 crucial victories. Then they play the Rahls, a team almost intact from Rone's era and then the biggest game of the season... vs the Beavers. Joe "Fastest Man" Jefferson, looks set to lead this team to a top 2 finish.
2 Birmingham Beavers 6-0-0 W6
Well, they dont seem to have been tested this year, even dispatching the Rahls by a hefty scoreline (although that may have been the day they were unowned...) Beavers get a cupcake game again before their season kicks off in consecutive games with the Tigers, Topes and Aces. If they're 3 from 3 from those then week 15 gets extremely interesting. I think they could drop one to the Topes which could leave us with a 3 way, 15-1 tie at the top at the end of the season. Should Beavers be running up the score just in case?
3 Amarillo Isotopes 5-1-0 L1
I must admit, I was thinking undefeated season for the Topes this year. Shocked by the Redskins, they must now get back on track by beating up on the Extreme before they take on the unknown quantity in the Rahls and one of the other league favourites... The Beavers. They lose that and it already looks like a 3rd place finish for the Topes... Which would likely mean hosting the Aces Tigers or Rahls in round 1. I think they could make the 3 way tie a reality though.
4 Las Vegas Aces 5-1-0 W5
A tough loss to the Topes week one, but not an upset. The Aces have been mightily impressive up to now putting in big scores and limiting points against. I think there is still the big 3 ahead of them but behind that Aces could be looking at a home playoff game. Week 15 could be a huge week playing long time rivals, the Tigers. they have the upper hand though having never lost to the North Carolina outfit.
5 Raleigh Fighting Tigers 5-1-0 W1
Are the Tigers for real? They have grown from the lower tier of BBB#5 West, to just out of the playoffs, to a solid season, now to a possible homefield in the playoffs... Maybe the Redskins game was luck, catching the opponents unaware, giving 20 points in the 4th quarter to lose was a heartbreaker though. The team is solid but have much tougher games to come... Maybe they should be looking at the Rahls and Aces already and just gunning for 4th....
6 San Antonio Rahls 5-1-0 W4
I don't know honestly... Rone left and that looked to be the end but their 3 main agents and GMs stuck around to maintain a solid core... even the name remained. One loss to the Beavers isnt a catastrophe as a result of ownership change... Write the Rahls off at your peril. Top 4 is still their right.
7 Atomic Wedgies 3-3-0 W2
Wedgies have lost ground on the main playoff contenders losing to the Tigers and Aces already, who were just ahead of them last year. They're top of the chasing pack though... I can't see anything but playoffs for them this year... but upsetting the Topes, Beavers or Redskins in round one could be too much to ask.
8 Java Monkeys 3-3-0 L3
Bolstersam gave them much love early in the season but they are sliding back down the table now... Beating the Gunslingers was huge for them... If they can fend off the Breakers, they could nab a playoff spot in Weasel's second season. Looks like another 15 thriller!!!
9 Miami Breakers 3-3-0 W2
The Breakers look good this year. They went out and recruited well... I think they could even challenge the Wedgies for 7th.... Is beyond that possible? Maybe, they made a very good account of themselves vs. the Beavers... Breakers on the rise?
10 San Antonio Gunslingers 2-4-0 L2
What is up with the Gunslingers? They should have been playoff guarantees every season since the league started but they have declined slowly instead. They've already pretty much ruined any playoff hopes dropping a game to Java. Having CPUs filling at safety wont help either... Safety position is vital (a little bias there)
11 Ditka's Army 2-4-0 W1
The Army are marching... to improvement. But not yet there in terms of playoff contention. Bajek and his boys keep plugging away though and arent far off reaping the rewards...
12 Austin Extreme 2-4-0 L1
What happens when a team with 3 agents (1 agent primarily) suddenly has them all go inactive? The Extreme is what. To be fair. They werent up to the level of BBB#5. They would have been better off getting into a level 21 capped league (i think most except Koboh Wrath were 21 or under). The new owner has a hell of task ahead of him... Good luck and hang on in there til next season. (Whatever happens... re-shuffle, status quo, etc... things can only get better.
13 Falthead Just Go Krazy 1-5-0 L4
Ok, they've only won one. Ok, they've shipped a lot of points. But I was actually impressed with them in our game... holding our offence to only 23 points... They have a solid groups of players and with hard work in the off season they should be a playoff team. Lets hope theres no reshuffle though so we can see how it turns out.
14 Arrowhead Tomahawks 0-6-0 L22
22 straight... Wow... that's tough. It's a shame for them that they didnt get Saint Louis in the last days of ACES or the streak would have been broken. Their next game is one of their 2 chances of picking up a W this season, and with Saint Louis under new ownership and making changes fast, this could be the only chance. Good luck, Vikings offence is anemic, just put up some points and it's within reach.
15 Death Valley Vikings 0-6-0 L7
Is this just Ghaleon Santiago stat padding? Death Valley have regressed. I was really hoping for a improvement this season and was rooting for them to pick up a few good free agents and be competitive at the tail end of the table... No such luck though as they've gone into reverse gear. I hope Ghaleon picks it up soon...
16 Wigan Athletic FC 0-6-0 L12
Well good news and bad news for Lowriders fans. The team is finally under new ownership and actually working towards being competitive rather than quite the opposite.... The bad news is that they've relocated to a Northern town across the Atlantic and are named after another sports team... in another kind of football. The only way is up from 16th and 14th is possible... More than that though? Nope, they already lost to the Extreme unfortunately for the new management.
