This pretty much hits the nail on the head.

I worked for several years as a Bugs Coordinator and did the monthly bug reports for Bort, that Catch22 turned in. While I know a lot don't like Catch and that anything he ever said will be discredited, but this game from the beginning had some bugs that sat there for RL years.

Some of the Admins now want to show up and act like they are equal to Bort, but it simply isn't and never was true. These guys and gals are all family/friends in RL, but this is and always was Borts show. What he didn't want to fix simply didn't get fixed. When someone wanted to understand how something worked, the Q&A's were done by Bort, not just any Admin. There is a reason for that..... (I will say that if you ever wanted something done you could get it done faster by PMing EB rather than submitting a support ticket, however. She was the one Admin that seemed to have some customer service experience or know-how.)

In the end, the two Admins in this thread have confirmed what most of us already had a suspicion of...... Bort no longer cares about GLB1 and the Admins that are left here know very little about and are here more to stir the pot than to actually HELP anything. They want us to all get sick of this game and to turn away from it so they can turn out the light..... just be man enough to admit it.

One of the other things that I think bothers a lot of us is how we were lied to about how many users were still actually playing this game. Remember when the leagues were cut back and we were told that it was for better competition? The fact is, the game was on life support then and even that cut back wasn't nearly enough to make things right. It's time to cut it in half again and probably even do away with WL so at least National Pro will mean something once again.

Praises catch and then bitches about how he lied about how many users there were. Lol
