i think also that you shouldn't downsize the league structures too much coz there would be a fair amount of 'sleepers' just itching for a reason to get motivated again ...me included!

Yea here we go with this crap again. I think we've worked hard as a group to come up with multiple suggestions.
The fact of the matter is all we need to do is cut the amount of cpu teams for now.
