Please make sure these 3 options are checked for the scrim sent.
This friendly is ranked and should be taken seriously
Use playoff-style overtime rules
Enable salary-based morale bonuses
Thanks and umm, yeah,

Went ahead and sent a PM and scrim for Chicago's first game even tho technically Vienna is the higher seed.
Should I retract and wait for them to send?
Earliest day available as of this post is day 14.

Also - I gotta say I strongly disagree with giving teams their salary based morale bonuses - why wouldn't you want everyone on an equal footing? Gives teams higher leagues a significant advantage due to their higher salary caps. Not to mention, screws teams that went the min salary route.

Hmm, now that is a good point. Go ahead and hold on that if it will heavily affect the matchups, I need to briefly consult on this one.

All the salary cap does set different ceiling amounts. A "MAXED" salary for AA or AAA is the exact same Morale bonus as a "MAXED" salary in Pro, it just costs a Pro team more team money to do it...therefore equal footing. The simmed game is the most realistic in this option, you take away a build stategy if you take away this option. Tournys actually have more "meaning" now is not so lol imo.

Rankings committee really missed the boat on the Motor City Madmen seeding - their average player age is 525 days old. My team ranked 5 spots lower will take them behind the woodshed tomorrow in an unranked scrim.
This confuses me ^^ Your not even the owner OR a lolGM, why do you care? Their mid pack, the issue is what?

Answer the question if you have a team with 55 level 60's in AA or a team with 55 level 60's in Pro - both teams are at their respective salary caps - who has the advantage due to the higher salary cap in Pro? Its the Pro team of course. Advantage Pro.

You don't get it, the max and min salary are weighed equally for Pro right on down to level 4 cap. Pay a Pro QB 1.2 million a season get the +10 morale bonus. Pay a AA QB 800k a season get the +10 morale bonus.....

After consultations wtih the experts, the differences are so minimal as to be negligible in the grand scheme so we'll continue with the requested settings of utilizing morale.
