That's how gold teams do it. Back in the silver and pre-Gold days all of us just juiced up speed like crazy and didn't really pay much attention to anything else (and really we didn't need too) but as pee wee has evolved we've been forced to come up with somewhat more balanced dots instead of the old Defense made up of guys of 68 naturally speed and a bunch of 20 pt secondary attributes which you can still do at the copper level and to some extent the silver.
