But, from here on out if you want to make WL, if it is that important to you, you need to sacrifice early. This is one of the main flaws with this game as far as I am concerned, but until it changes, that is how I'll build.

maybe the reason Lincoln wasn't the top team in the WL was because we didn't have a HB like Crypt's.

lol @ the trolling PM Cyp sent me telling me that I lost (what was I trying to win, all I wanted was for him to open his build to let us see if his build was good enough for WL [in our opinions]),

Instead he wants to try and turn my argument into a my HB's better then your HB (I never said anything of the sort, nor do I think my guys are that great).

whilst I like this thread for something to talk about, trolling via PM and trying to get me in trouble (baiting me) is really unnecessary... now you can run along and report me from what I posted here (I did nothing wrong) but I'm not gonna get mad on PM's like you want.

I am sure he thinks he put me in my place with that only an assistant DC on 1 Pro team. I guess taking a team from BBB to the Pros counts for nothing in his mind. That is why I suggested he buy a team and take it as far as he can. That way he might understand why the owner of the WL team chose other HBs over his.

That really isn't the point. And Lincoln is a top team, If not the Top.

The question currently being discussed is why Lincoln selected 3 RB's who have done nothing in their careers. Where as toons who have accomplished plenty, are ignored.

To me that says a few things. The first thing is that Lincoln knows what they are doing.

The second is that the are not recruiting players based on their stats.

And that is where I have a problem.

If stats mean nothing going into the WL, then why do we bother with lower level leagues. If the results of our actions mean nothing compared to our last 3 seasons, then why do we have teams lower than 60? For WL its all about our stats when toons hit the peak.

So why do we bother? The 3 top HB's in the WL did nothing to get stats along the way.

Maybe this will all get fixed with the new changes to slow building. I don't know.

But to have the 3 HB's on the top WL team accomplish nothing on the way there? That is just silly.
