I do see strong potential for failure of the actual execution. You guys are going to need as many of the chat mods in as you can to keep things under control, and even then, a bunch of answers will get lost in the shuffle of questionspam.

A few seasons back, I know there was a "PM a question to this extra admin account and Bort may answer it" dealie, and that seemed to work well (edited questions, no dupes, clear answers from Bort in a locked thread).

Answering important and difficult questions off the cuff, in a chat room, is a recipe for confusion and disaster.

I realize this has been SOP for GLB, but I was hoping for a change, for a change.

Here are a few srs GLB-related questions for you:

-What is your opinion on the current OL/DL interaction? Working as intended?
-What do you think about super fast WRs not being able to outrun 95 spd CBs?
-Along with that, what do you think about QBs throwing into coverage more often than to the open man?
-On top of that, what do you think about WRs actually CATCHING those throws into coverage more often than not?
-Last question: Are there any plans for testing to see whether or not the Pass Rusher VA actually works?

Here's a better idea even. Set to M+ mode then make it so only one person can talk at a time. Then have the questions PM'ed. I would suggest having the community compile the PM's so they can see what is being answered. Historically the chats have been.. punch light. Lots of fluff questions and nothing new.

I'm meeting with Bort and company Thursday - we'll discuss this and see what they think is the best option. I can see the potential for disaster here but thought it was worth at least one attempt in chat. Perhaps that was an incorrect thought - I'm flexible though so we can consider other alternatives (and already have in case this failed).
