Collision is two or more parties working toward an explicit (and nefarious) goal. BFM's owner was not aware of this goal, thus it cannot, by definition, be collusion.

However, he gave Gart permission to do it when he gave him access to the tactics and thus is responsible for what Gart does since he agreed to letting Gart alter the AI...so he agreed to whatever Gart did which makes it an agreement between BFM and Haliblack...thus collusion. If the 2 teams did not agree to do this then it would not have happened.

As bas as that employee shooting up his office analogy was, someone should probably post it again in response to this.

Right. But the agreement was re: Gart having control of the AI to make BFM competitive, not re: stat padding for lulz, thus, it's not collusion.

I know exactly what collusion is. I don't think you guys understand what collusion means. If I am CEO for 2 businesses...it's then impossible for me to collude since it's only me doing the deed, right?

However, ksychic gave him control of it which meant that he was agreeing to allow Gart to do what he wanted with it. It's not complicated. You don't remember any of the old threads where pissed off owners posted because some GM had traded away half their team? The responses always given were, "by giving the GM control, you are agreeing to whatever trades he decides to make." Are you trying to say that does not hold true here?
