LOL I just glanced at the box score and I'd tend to agree. Someone should man up and forfeit.

I'm still waiting for a bracket update...

...or you can DQ my team for some unexpected rushes in play ...but shamrocks had rushes in other qtrs also ...my QB settings were not adjusted so that they didn't dump off and scramble ...which is why there were those extra rushes ...so I need to change those QB settings ya?!?

I tried to get it right buut I failed :L I have no problems with the way the game went I mean he did have a passing td which is the point of the tourney no?

I got no problem with the QB scrambles. There were some called QB rushes and some handoffs as well. It's not hard to go 100% pass in a quarter TBH. Build a package and run it exclusively in a quarter. I didn't look at the other team since they weren't questioned.

In the game, Monger used Q1 to rush. Here are some rushing plays in other quarters.

FWIW, I went back and looked. Montreal had ZERO rushing plays after the first quarter, not even the questionable QB scramble. Do what you want or the tournament director can chime in, but I say forfeit. My opponent beat me handedly, but stepped up because they had several rushing plays in other quarters too.

Sorry guys, I'll update the bracket this evening.
If a teams runs for more than 1 quarter as clearly stated in the rules they are disqualified. The team that only ran in one quarter will be granted the win. I havn't looked at the other team but the links above clearly show rushes in 3 quarters. You can have scrambles If its a passing play. You can tell the difference between and I QB Rollout and a I passm qb scrambles. I'll look more into later since it was posted the other team ran too.

However a random rush play can be overlooked as I noticed both teams have over 70 passing attempts

hmm ...well I never noticed that Montreal never rushed in the other Qtrs, coz they were also passing in the first Qtr, otherwise I would have nominated myself for a forfeit ...I know that my AI never had rushing in it for the other quarters ...tbh I don't want to continue in this tourney if my team is considered undeserving of continuing ...so I request that Montreal take my team's place

Honorable thing to do. Did you look at you OAI and figure out why it called rushing plays? The safest way to make sure you get no rushing plays is to build 1 or 2 passing packages and then run them exclusively in the individual quarter settings. I set my quarters up with 2 different pass packages that had 5-8 plays each in them. The only other inputs were punt and FG.

that is basically what I did ...these are the packages that I usedin Qtr1:HB Inside, HB Outside, FB inside, FB outside, QBinside, QB Outside ...these are the packages I used in Qtr2,Qtr3,Qtr4: FB receive, HB receive, TE short, TE Medium, TE long, WR short, WR medium, WR long ...how could I get any of that wrong eh?!?...I can assure you without even looking at my AI that the AI has no rushes in any other Qtr, but it doesn't matter anywayz now ya?!? ...I built that AI from scratch for this tourney ...maybe the AI may have had some inconsistencies which allowed the Basic AI to override my settings?!? ...I couldn't be bothered even checking it out as of now, coz I'm out<.<

You can check those run plays with the Test Offensive AI tab to see why they were called. Could have been anything when you set up the AI, such as the play could have been .5 yards and got caught between inputs or something.

I have to favor Montreal here. Even though they were pathetic on offense, we will never know if they were demoralized because of the early points and lack there of.

Q2 14:20 FB rush
Q2 13:52 *Same possession* Big Gain with a QB rollout
Gave Monger a 7 point lead

Q2 8:17 Pro pitch 5 yards
Q2 7:35 FB inside 4.5 yards
Results in a field goal Gives Monger a 10 point lead

Q2 :48 Could of gave Montreal a 2 point Saftey, plus killed the clock
Would more than likely ended in a safety or a return for some Montreal points, instead they move the ball away from the goalline and time ticks away. :38 seconds

Q3 14:42, 5:06, 3:26, :20 were all Scrambles

Q4 14:13 3rd and 2 they rush up the middle allowing more time to run off and setting up a field goal
Q4 1:37 Scramble

I believe Monger would of won this game if they played by the rules but Montreal was paddling up river the entire first half and we will never know the trie effect of the moral effect it could of had. In the first half we are talking a 17 point swing which is huge.

agreed, but I never planned for any of that ...i spent about 3hrs putting that AI together, so i thought that I had everything covered ...I may have had 'own Xyards', instead of 'opposition Xyards', coz I seem to do that a lot when building AIs>.>
