Well, the first clue I had that you lick his balls was seeing your tongue hanging out while his nuts were in your face. I am not interested in winning with everyones flavor of the month "bigname" guy. I go to war with the same guys I came into this game with. We add some great agents, lose some great agents, but the core stays the same. That's the guys I will win with or lose with. I like our chances of getting a Wok eventually.

The only players that have left Singapore that were on the team in S2, were by their choice. We haven't once told our core agents to leave / not offered them a contract. We add agents when we need to and that is it.

Because we don't need someone to come in with 6 players to take the place of our starters, then take our OC and DC out of the equation and start running the show. We run our team just fine. If a guy comes in, and he is a great gameplanner and wants to help out, awesome. But we really don't need anyone to take over the reigns for us and demote that many of our loyal starters. I'd take a loyal player over a name player any day. We can always help him with his build.
And yeah, that means I wouldn't trade Tank Gore for Dooley. Id rather go to war with Tank, and no I don't think he is better. But we can win with him.

I think adding 6 starters to your team is a lot different than adding 6 starters to Buffalo... You guys have Pro level starters while Buffalo doesn't.
And why do you get the impression that hazy is going to come in and act like a dictator? He going to come in, gameplan and help out just like any of the other GMs.

edit - i didn't even read most of these posts, just wanted to point out Beav Nizzle's greatness. That Dot Shrinker fellow is pretty remarkable as well. The trifecta is even bettter bitches

I think this is a good time to clarify that, as OC of the Rampage for the last 2 seasons, I took full responsibility for our struggles the last 2 seasons, and informed the team publically about 2 weeks ago that I intended to step down because I was simply in over my head and they deserved better. It was then my idea to go after Hazy, an endeavor for which I received full support from the rest of the GM staff, and our owner Bill. So it wasn't a matter of taking the OC out of the equation at all. I took myself out of the equation, and took it upon myself to find an adequate replacement. With the help of the rest of the team, I'm inclined to say we succeeded in that regard.
As for replacing players, it's really not like that. One of our HBs had informed us recently that he's getting bored of GLB, so Hazy's HB allows him to go in peace. Hazy's guard is already on the team, and his center is replacing another departing agent. His kicker is replacing Bill's kicker, so you know he isn't gonna mind moving to accomodate an incoming agent. As for his 2 WRs, both of our Top 2 WRs told us they'll gladly move down to WR5 or WR6 to accomodate as many of Hazy's men as they need to.
I guess what I'm trying to say is, we don't run our team much differently than you run the Flames, Celtic. If we were in your position, I don't know that we'd have gone after Hazy either. But as you've stated, we're not in your position. We hope to be shortly, though.

cuz i'm going to be moving soon(hopefully), another vacation, some other things and not have time to help scout/gameplan or any of that stuff this season. If we end up doing well, i'd rather not have a trophy I didn't earn. Did the same thing s8, why I don't have a trophy for that season
