yup, its been that kinda of a season. We should not have been moved down to AAA. Its not that the teams are bad, its just we dont belong in AAA. And you dont really have an argument there cause our QB has been good in WEPL for 7 seasons and dominating AAA. SO regardless he would have done the same here.

We have another really good RB in our backfield as well in IAmLegend, but he didn't even get the shot, now did he? That's because we knew you were built to stop the elusive backs, with a defense predicated on speed. So we countered that. If you guys were all strength, I bet you would be whining about some fly-outs to legend.

Look, you got beat. And it's not the sim's fault, and it's not a glitches fault (though there is an argument to be made for how much a player can be used without tiring, that's still not the same as equating using a play to cheating), it's the fault of your builds.

But hey, sure 'lose respect' for FDH, or whatever. It's all HIS fault your guys can't tackle. Get some defenders with the Brick Wall VA and quit complaining.

Always had major respect for Berlin as a perennial contender in WEPL, so I understand your frustration, and believe me, if anybody can understand your frustration with Power Backs and the fucked up passing game, it's me...my player is one of the QB's for Stockholm. But I'll tell you this....I want to win, and I know where my bread is buttered right now, and I will be one of the first to say run the ball and limit the passing game.

Sure I would like to see my QB get some fat stats like Corey's QB for example...But even more than that I want to win a Championship.

Nothing personal against Corey, he has an amazing QB...but my QB has 2 Championships in the WEPL and I wouldn't trade either 1 for a bunch of personal stats..

Maybe Mal ran the ball, but I can assure you that it was a TEAM effort that got the win.

So again, GG Berlin...I hope we have the opportunity to meet you again next season in the playoffs.

Its still a fun league and a fun forum to read, even when the teams are yelling back and forth at each other. Stockholm did what they had to do to win.

Do I particularly like it? Meh, its not my favorite way to see a team play, win or lose. Takes the fun out of watching the dots when I know exactly whats going to happen on every play and just cross my fingers that a defensive player will grab the running back as he trans-dimensional-shifts through the line of scrimmage.

Am I mad at Stockholm for doing it? No, they do what they have to in order to win. We do the same, its just two different styles.

Am I mad at Bort? Well, I've been mad at him for weeks on the main forums and in the suggestions forum ever since Season 6 ended. Its a stupid game when games like this can be played. Its not something you should be able to do. He's destroyed the importance of morale, stamina and balanced game planning.

Lets hope Season 9 is a big step "backwards" for the Sim as it returns to Season 6-ish form. You know, back when you could do more than one thing and not run the risk of losing outright because the other team may do only that one thing.

All else aside. Stockholm is a quality team that's always been competitive with the Ballers and vice-versa, so who knows what would have happened running straight-up game plans. We may never know, and for that I huff and puff in anger at the situation Season 8 has put teams into.
