It's a pretty good idea, though I think team owners paying for friendlies is one of the ways to make sure they are committed and keep improving the team. Team ownership alone is cheaper than a boosting QB/HB/WR which is why i think you see so many teams fold. There isn't enough to keep a team owner committed.

I'll move to epic, but ask some of the other Mods what they think.

i agree with you Drk, owners should pay for friendlies, but borts system of "flex point ammounts being useful" are by 25s. therefor if you have 1-24 they are useless. so why not give them to the team for more games?

Well yeah, but what would stop guys from only chipping in 2 FP?

I understand your point, but I think you could leave out the part about "What good is 5 FP?" and just roll with the idea of players being able to chip in for friendlies.

alright, i do understand that, and im sure people will help donate, but really when will 5 FPs be used W/O retiring players?

I understand, but my point is that it won't resolve the uneven FP issue. If someone donates 2..3..5 FP to the team fund, it will just create that problem for someone.
