Again, cali, my primary problems weren't with the plan. I certainly did have problems with it, but that wasn't the crux of the issue. That was the fact that the plan didn't fit the pitch, and the execution was too abrasive for my tastes.

We were told that it would take approximately 2 seasons, and after that time we'd be free to build how we want with considerable flexibility. I did some math, and realized this wasn't the case. Rather than address this concern, you made it clear that the team is a dictatorship in every conceivable way. The player agents are the employees, and you are the boss, right? Problem is, you're not paying them shit. All they're doing is wasting their flex to do your bidding. If I were to be treated with some modicum of respect, or at least NO modicum of DISrespect, then we could very well be on better terms than we are right now. Instead, you saw fit to berate and ridicule me and my colleagues in every medium available to you (public forums, private forums, team forums, PMs, even AOL Instant Messenger). Simply put, that is why I now think you're an arrogant, despicable prick. I couldn't care less if your plan works, because my GLB experience will be drastically improved purely because I am not required to be subjected to your childish drivel any longer than I choose to be.

When I first contacted you about the team a couple weeks ago, my guesstimation was 2 seasons. What I'm referring to is when I posted in the Rangers' forum and I was PITCHING the idea. Where you got lost in the shuffle is your assumption that it was going to remain two seasons. Nowhere on the forum, once details were ironed out, did I say "two seasons". You simply assumed it was still that way.

No formal announcement was necessary to let the team know that it was going to take longer than two seasons because obviously, these goals are not reachable in two seasons. The only times I mentioned two seasons was when I said how long it would take to finish major skills.

As for me berating you and your Bills' army loyalists to the Nth degree, I consider that sport. You guys were so amazingly and collectively clueless that it was honestly fun to bury your arguments and points as you attempted to stick up for yourselves. And I'll continue to do it. You literally have and had no point other than skepticism and ignorance of the situation as I already told you. I explained things to you in at least 6 different forum posts and each and every time, you simply rejected my logic. In fact, I went back and crunched our numbers and I'm still fine with where they are. We may tone a couple down in the long run, including C, but they are goals, not gospels from the Bible. Also, half my disdain for your thoughts came from the ignorance of selecting C as a position we should cite as some universal example of how the plan was flawed. C is basically an outlier considering most positions only get .5 or less per level up. Referencing C is basically saying, "I have a point worth considering, but it needs to be exaggerated immensely in order to maintain validity." If you would've been a little more accepting of my 6 previous forum posts, I wouldn't have shat on your face without regard for your feelings since you know, indirectly dismissing my thoughts can usually accomplish that. But after being patient and trying to give you benefit of the doubt and full disclosure of my logic for about a day and a half, you and your cronies were no longer welcome. You all have been replaced and people who see the big picture were happy to step up in your absence.

I'm so glad you were able to find somebody like ewokduder to replace us. I'm sure you had to try real hard to convince your "roommate" to join your team.

And, yes, I used the center BECAUSE he gains a full point in his major skills. I'm not sure how you don't understand the fact that this helps you end the build FASTER. In 10 levels, the center gets 10 SP toward a skill that another position would get only 5 or sometimes 4 or 3. Know what this does? If you guessed 'adds another level to how long his build is going to take', you guessed correctly. Here's your cookie.

That's what it sounds like anyway.

I'm glad to see the roster is done.
I look forward to seeing them get promoted to BBB in season 10.

Not if I understand your question, no. He's asking them to uber-softcap, putting major skills to the 2nd or 3rd softcap. In theory, it's great. But in practice it extends the build significantly, and as you get to around level 30 and there are exploits for more well-rounded builds to use, they're going to. At the lower levels around 19-22, obviously those builds are incomplete. So then it only makes sense for the incomplete builds that dramatically emphasize major skills are to be more talented than the incomplete builds that have things more evened out.

There is no "in theory" here. This has already been done for six players I've created. And they're all badasses (except my DT, he'll get better once I get his vision up next season. Still good though.)

edit: and as I've already stated to you, these players were built in a less effecient and slower way. But that explanation wasn't good enough for you then. Like I said before also, I wish you would start your own slow build team this offseason and play us after 3 or even 2 seasons, we'd literally destroy you.

Again, no. You did not use that build for those players. You used a different slow build for those players, and are using E. P. I. C. to test a longer version of it.

You act as though I'm arguing against slow building. I'm not.

Yeah, that's odd about Cs. Our goal target for their strength and blocking are 60. I guess we should reduce them to 34 since most players will finish their careers at lv 66-68 or so. May as well let the level boosts carry them to 100 strength!

At the time I raised the issue, the strength target was 68. Thank you for listening to me. Good luck.

No, it is, was and has remained 60. It's 68 for Gs, but not Cs.

I'm reasonably certain there's no conspiracy behind the theory that thebigcali and thebigcali are the same person. Not really a big stretch, there.

LMAO. Check again, buddy. It absolutely was 68 when I was on the team, and that was the very first part of my argument. Even aeckers responded to me and repeated the number 68. If I had the wrong number, and continued to have the wrong number without figuring it out myself, somebody would have corrected me.

Come on, cali. You shouldn't have to revise history to save face.
