Cberry says his team is going to have a level 11 QB! That seems unfair! This is BBB people! This may as well be high school football in the sense that this is for barely developed players and having players that are as good as Peyton Manning or Brian Urlacher facing those players is not what the BBB was intended for! Join a pro team or a AAA team if your player's level is in double digits for god's sake!

Meh. He's got to have another 24 good players for it to make a huge difference.

Exactly. A level 11 QB isn't going to make a difference throwing to level 3 and 4 receivers. But if he's got to have level 11 players at every position just so he can have an unfair advantage in a 5th level minor league, well... I think the rest is so obvious it requires no further evaluation.

I was going to bring some lvl 11 players into this league. I then thought about all the new people that would be playing and how bad it would be. The owner I promised them to threw a fit, because I did not want to bully on the lower lvl players. I offered him lvl 4 players to replace the one I commited.

Needless to say my OT that he traded for is buried on the depth chart, because he wants to stick it to me for not bringing in my Ringers to BBB#2.

Honestly guys. I am the owner of a team in the BBB and prior to this new season starting my friends and I were going to purchase a team and bring our players on to them. Now looking at our players some are level 9, 10 and 11. I don't want to say it is unfair but who stops high level guys from joining this division? Like someone said earlier, it is not one good player. It takes a lot of dedicated owners and the team as a whole to do well in this league.

It'll all even out after a while and settle into the expected pattern. With the way the leagues opened up and new teams were added this should be expected. The games only in it's 2nd season as well. You guys can all beat up on the Space Monkeys for a few seasons (if your in #8 that is ).

I can understand having a few higher level guys, because as we mentioned, you need a team full of stacked players for them to fully excel. My team has a few level 6 players, but for the most part, my guys are levels 2-5.

Now, a team like Miami, which is filling up with guys leveled at 7-12, that's overkill. That's bringing in ringers. Not only that, I think it kinda takes away enjoyment from the rest of the teams in the league.

Now, because it is where it is I need to tell my friend "No, I need you to try and go to a Pro team and find a bench to sit on". Come on now. I really don't like people complaining like this for no reason. We have yet to see the scores. I am a new owner wanting to be on a team with my buddies, I doubt that is a new concept here. I am recruiting like everyone else, the players I sign chose to sign with my team. Your thoughts and comments are that, yours. I appreciate the "Bringing in Ringers" to stop though.

From that perspective, it's not a fault of your own, more of a loophole in the system. That said, when you see the other teams in the league bringing in far lower leveled guys and then there's an anomaly that is far superior to the rest of the league, you know people are going to say something, and it's going to raise eyebrows. I'm merely advocating for the rest of the teams in the league that don't have the good fortune of friends leveled at 7-12 to bring on board. Think about it... Did you know that the highest level any player has made it to at this point is 15?

I think it's a legitimate gripe. Not so much because "ZOMG mrodriguez is a horrible person!", but moreso a "letter of the law vs. spirit of the law" type of situation. I know there is no restriction on levels in leagues, but I'm sure we didn't envision a 3-6 level superior team in with the rest of the league. I will take you at face value though when you say it is a group of your friends forming a team. At least you're willing to stick up for and justify what you're doing with a valid reason. That said, I think it is something that Bort and DD overlooked when adding the new teams (Then again, they've had so much on their plate, you'd expect them to miss a thing or two).

You know, you had me on your side up until the end of your sentence. If you are implying that I am CHEATING in some sort of way then take the steps you need to so you can get your resolution. If not, then get off my back. Your not even in my conference to be putting up all the complaining that you are doing.

I'm not saying you're CHEATING. I was just saying it didn't seem right that there's one team with these higher leveled guys amongst a league of non lower-leveled guys.

What I saw was an anomaly, which I outlined above, and raised concern while advocating for the other teams in the league. Please note that anomaly =/= cheating, and vice versa.

Cheating would be more along the lines of creating multiple user accounts for yourself, or significantly messing with the game (from a programming standpoint) to give your team an unfair advantage, and I'm certainly not insinuating that.

Dont forget if Miami finishes in the top spot, don't they move up to the next level? They'll eventually get to where they need to be against the right levels.

That's my team. Was thinking of bringing my level 15 TE (2nd most XP in the game), but decided against it.

I'd have preferred a team in AA, but unfortunately there were none available.
