I am the owner of the Mayan Warriors, South America A #1. We just lost in the conference champioship team, but we were 14-2 in conference play in our first season. I am looking for a OT. Booster with custom equipment are preferred. Everyone resigned with the team except three guys who got their own team so everyone on our team likes the way it is run. All of our players play a lot with our sub settings. All of our starters boost, very active forum, extremely experienced GMs, we have a profit of about 5 million this season, we are run very well. Not one complaint from any of my players. All of my players have resigned, except for the ones above who all got their own team. I run a very active and fair team. If people are not happy, I will trade them to a team that they choose. You can PM anybody on my team and ask how it is run.

I pay for all equipment. Give 1 yr deals to start with. If people want to stay longer or have equipment paid for, they sign 2 yr deals. I will redo contracts anytime for more money. If people are not happy, I will trade them to a team of their choice.

I do not want guys that command a lot of money because you do not win that way. This is our first season and we are successful because EVERYONE on the team takes just above minimum salary.
