i really believe that this game uses a lot of checks and balances.. both new brunswick and nbgt were/are two outstanding teams, that have both gone 3-0 against us the last 3 seasons. but were a pretty good team too. it was going to be hard to beat us 4 straight times, just because of how we matched up. were pretty even.

same theory can be applied to double t and michigan panthers this season for us. we had gone undefeated against these teams in our previous meetings, but both are first class teams. to put teams that good in 0-3 holes.. not an easy feat.

in retrospect, i think the best thing that could have happened to our squad, was losing those two games toward the end of the season. it made us re-examine and correct some things that may have been lacking, and we were due for some good karma.
