Hey, my name is Fritz Schroeder and I am the owner of the Hanoi Warriors in the Southeast Asia #6 League and I am thinking about bringing in a head coach next season to oversee everything that happens with my team and help with recruiting. I currently have a OC and DC and they did a great job this season and if anything I hurt the team the most making trades late into the season which hurt our chemistry. We went 10-5-1 and finished 7th in our division and I think we definitly have the talent to do much better next season as I have already resigned some of our big players and many more have expressed that they will resign in the next day or so. If you or anybody you know would be interested in the head coaching position just PM me. Also if you have had any experience doing just that, bringing in a head coach, good or bad, let me know, so i know what to expect.
