Yeah, but my intent was for every player to be able to vote not just owners and GMs. Everyone who has a a player in the league.

only problem with that is that if one team is more active than others and submits 10 ballots that can't have any of their own players on it they've greatly reduced the chance of anyone on their team getting picked.

As long as all someone doesn't pick 11 starters on offense/defense from the same team and the picks are justified, then I don't see a reason why you shouldn't be able to pick your own players. The justification should lie in the hands of whoever is tracking the votes.
