As the regular season is coming to a close today it is that time again, we get to vote on the Alpha and Zeta AllStar teams. The process will be altered a bit from last season, so please have a quick look through the guidelines before you submit a ballot. I will send out a notification to all WEPL team owners at some point today and ask them to put this up on their team boards, here's hoping for great participation and no obvious ballot stuffing!
And here are the rules for this seasons voting process:

- Zeta and Alpha AllStar ballots are submitted seperately, so stick to players from one conference for each ballot
- Anyone who has a player on a WEPL team can submit a ballot for either conference if they so chose
- You can nominate up to three players per position
- Votes will be weighted with 5-3-1 points respectively
- DT/NT; LDE/RDE; LOT/ROT; LG/RG; OLB/MLB are all considered to be one position each
- You can nominate a player from a team you are on, just make sure that you nominate two players from other teams at the same position as well, otherwise the player you nominate will only receive 1 point for this vote
- In case of a tie the number of 1st place votes is the first tiebreaker
- For the second tie breaker votes received from members of a team the player is on will be dismissed
- Voting period starts with the end of the regular season and ends the day of the Conference Championship games
- The ballot counter reserves the right to dismiss ballots if there are obvious signs of vote stuffing. In any questionable instances I will likely consult with a few other people that are active here before making a decision whether to dismiss a ballot
- The complete results including all ballots will be published as an Excel spreadsheet once voting has ended
- The final AllStar teams will have players on them based on the number of players a real football team would field at each position, e.g. 1 QB, 2 G, 2 DE ...
