My lvl 13 G currently has the following stats with no SA

Speed: 10.07 Tackling: 13
Agility: 19.05 Throwing: 8
Jumping: 8 Catching: 8
Stamina: 25.02 Carrying: 9
Vision: 16.19 Kicking: 8
Confidence: 23.5 Punting: 8

I would like to be efficient and not spend SP on stats that are so low, but even training on normal, I'd have to train agility for about another 20 days for it to be in the mid 20s, about 30 days for vision, about another 40 for speed, and probably 30 for stamina (he's wearing lvl 8 stamina eq right now). All the while, my G would be highly unbalanced for about another 2 seasons. While I accept that will be necessary if I want to be as efficient as possible, what order and to what level would you train the stats in order to still be useful in the short term.

On the other side of the coin, is it even worth it to try to maximize it. Should I just give up and start spending the sp to raise the side stats?

You seem to be missing strength from that list...
But anyways, it's faster if you soft cap your blocking and strength first and train everything else.

i left str/blocking out because everyone says to soft cap/3 cap/4 cap them. Since I figured those were likely responses, I left them out in the hopes of getting other types of feedback as well. Although, from the list of my side stats, it should be pretty apparently that I haven't spent on anything other than str/blocking yet.
