Last season I believe EAST won the heads up by one game, I don't see it happening this season becuase of all of the "starting over teams" in the East but here ya go.

Scorpions (w) -32 over Cheetahs
Gladiators(w) -4 over the Horsemen
Vipers (w) -25 over Carnage
Lightning (w) -1 1/2 over Canes
Bomb Squad (e) -17 over Bombers
Twisters (w) -60 over Roids
Bears (e) -3 over Packers
Nanas (w) -16 over Hogeyes
War Eagles (w) -33 over Leprachauns
Bevos (w) -40 over Tighas
Steel Riders (e) -39 over Sentinels
Gangstas (e) -15 over Rampage
Birds (w) -21 over Dream
Bulldawgs (e) -18 over Ice
Evolution (e) -3 over Aliens
Thunderhawks (e) -7 over Raiders

So that would mean West should win 9 games and east 7.
