I'm thinking about it. We're talking the Pro Bowlers, right? Team voting and all that crap?

Everything will be so scewed this season. A lot of teams in the West got huge stats off Saginaw/Tecmo while others had to play them early on. Ideally we would "eliminate" those games from the stats, but that would be tough to do (includes eliminating at least Sparta in the East).

How about we do different awards for each conference then?

And just have the BIG awards be league wide (OPOY, DPOY, MVP)?

I'm willing to help anyone doing this.

That would be a little better, but there are still cases (just look at GSA's HB's). I do like the way Okole did it last year where he had people send in "nominations".

Just have people take that into account when voting. It doesn't take 2 minutes to look at the game logs and see stats accumulated vs gutted teams IMO.

Yeah very true, you should easily be able to go look and see that gsa's hb has those stats because of an 800 yard 16 td preformance vs. a guted team

what we could do is discount all stats earned vs. tecmo and saginaw, weather or not you played them when they were gutted

Its 800 and 10. And 300 and 5. And he still has more yards and TD's then anyone else in the league if you take those out.

But, yes, I would like to point out games against top opponents and bottom opponents with every nominee.

And I like the idea of top conference players and then DPOY, OPOY, MVP and maybe a couple others (top GM/owner, etc).

I'll get on it today.

EDIT:
Yeah, I'd say take out Sag and Tecmo in the West and at least Sparta in the East.

Huh? He had 16 TDs vs Walcott, not 10.
