A lot of it has to do with the recent rushing changes. Boston and Washington are similar in running styles.
Bort has effectively thrown a giant nerf into our gameplans as of two games ago.

Boston wasn't even trying to run. I think it had more to do with the fumble and TD at the beginning of the 1st and the Pythons' passing efficiency. The Pythons definitely threw a curveball.

Can you feel that?
Barley N'Hops pitch to Ed "The Turbo!" Howe[forced fumble: Tedi Bruschi], fumbled , recovered by Mike Caiazzo, PAT made by Charlie Caiazzo [TD] (53 yd return)
Here comes the BOOM!

23 rushes is trying to run, especially when you are losing as much as they did so quickly and the game shifts to pass to try to keep up.
Power rushing and pitches do not work, and even worse they mix for losses 95% of the time.

You're right. I misread the lines.

Er, I don't know where it is, I just took a quick gander throught the GLB main discussion. It's a combination between new pathing changes, vision changes and tackling changes. Its primary goal was to improve elusive rushers from trying to juke when players were behind them. It's improved elusive/agile rushers some but has for reasons I don't understand severely hurt our rushing game. Even our games where we win substantially Olaf has gone from averaging 6-7 yards a carry to ~2.

maybe you just need to run it inside more consistently, seems like Olaf only got stopped against teams that have solid rush defense to me, BTB/boston/philly/etc

Face it Caps your last weeks beat down.
This week we had a solid performance, and somewhat surprising margin of victory over a very strong Boston.
Ill be first person to say this GG Boston!

You have to give SOME credit to the competition.

Of course as I type that I'm watching the play by play of the Capitals game and Olaf's first rush he goes untouched for a 10 yard touchdown and the second is:
Olaf Kolzig rush [missed tackle: Aaron Gbaja-Biamila] [missed tackle: Antoine Aaron] [missed tackle: CRUSHER MCFADDEN], PAT made by Miguel Sosa [TD] up the middle (72 yd gain)
But this is against Michigan Blues who are one of the East's ... worst.

Err, I'm saying Cat had the same problem.
And here: Woo, woo, go Pythons. Rah, rah, rah, rah. Congrats on your victories. Hoo rah! Christ.
Boston and Washington have to figure out what to do because our running games are broken.
