as for growing my own i am working on that, i have two of my players over there now and at the end of the season i will have at least one more, my wife is wanting to make a couple of players to start playing
The important thing is to stick with it. Growing pains make winning all that much better. I actually get random PM's from players wanting to join my team because of the turn around my team has had in 3 seasons. Just make sure you get a solid foundation of players and build around that core.
