1) With contracts that end on day 40 of this season (will consider other contracts, but prefer this - will consider resigning if I like team)
2) Teams that I will get playing time on - doesnt need to be a starting slot, but I'd like ~40 plays or so a game
3) Winning teams who will make playoffs
