I actually think this would go better if there was a thread dedicated toward each position, so then the coaches and gms could nominate the guys from their teams that they actually feel are deserving of the award. I'm not going to research all the players and teams in the league to come up with this shit. However, if their is a QB thread, and if I feel that our QB is worthy of the ProBowl, I will present a compelling agruement and allow the rest of the league to refute it and add their own noiminations. This way we actually have a discussion as a group about a position. End the end, there should be 1 or 2 guys clearly above the rest...
I figure the coaches know the guys who are actually worthy of being called the best in the league. This isn't about who has done "a great job" for your team, it's about who you feel is tops in the league and making a case for that player. Nobody can do that better than the coaches or owners themselves. Once the facts are on the table, one person may stand out above the rest, and become the clear frontrunner, but who really is going to research all the teams players and for all postions and analyze who is best. Not me, that's for sure...there is college football on brotha!!

just my two cents.
fuck that! i got on the forums and its so confusing have those different threads lol!
So many threads, too many to keep up with and everyone is pimping their own guys. Here's my shot at the whole thing, but just Western Conference only. I don't know you guys in the East, I don't watch tape of you, if I did one for you guys it would be totally by stats, and that's not fair.
Here's my shot at it being as impartial as I could be. I excluded players I'm the "agent" for, but not players from my own team:
2nd Team QB-Michael Dauber (LA) HB-D'Adrian McPeterson (LA) FB-Sam Ramalamb (SO) WR- Star Shine (BAB) WR-Curtis Kevin (SJ) TE-"The Machine" Scotty K (Fort Wayne) OT- Earl Quake (Reno) OT-Davin Strong (CS) OG-Bisquick Davis (LA) OG-Friar Tuck (SO) C-kevin young (LH)
DT- Mat Williams (OB) DT-UR Toast (SJ) DE-Marcus Alexander (OTR) DE-Max Alexander (BAB) LB- Guy Chamberlin (Minn) LB- Frank Del Zapato (SO) LB- Brian Bell (LA) CB- Kelvin Hayden (BAB) CB- Adolphus Reed (SO) SS- Goku San (FW) FS- Jeramie Kelsay (KC)
K- Bluegill Flopplopper (Reno) P- Johnny Blast (Jacktown) KR- Steven Beyer (CS) PR- Return Thatkick (LA)
Every team in the conference has 1 representative (The MLB rule). That made for some tough choices in certain spots, but all in all its pretty representative.
Go ahead, bash away! I know several great players didn't make the team, but some positions were just LOADED!
