well i was gonna spend alot of time on this since i have failed to contribute positivley to these forums yet this season, but i mean, this week is a joke for the east. All the top teams get the bottom teams. i don't predict any upsets lol.

Miami Sharks vs Cleveland Firebirds

wow, two very evenly matched teams. Id this was the first game of the season i would have no idea who to pick. But after 13 games, the sharks have established a much more solid offense than cleveland has. they average almost 80 more yrds than cleveland does per game, and have 27 more TDs. its not going to be very close. 28-10

Syracuse Souls vs. Chicago LMG Accountabillibuddies

i know i picked the two higher seeds for these games, but for good reason. after 13 games, they have earned their seed. I am actually not all that sure why syracuse hasn't won more than 7 games. They have the 3rd fewest passing yrds allowed per game and they have one of the better passing games in the league. Once they thwart your passing game and get theirs going, you wouldn't want to run even if you could. they allow only 80 some rushing yrds a game. i just think that Chicago has some major problems with biulds. those high level players suck ass. 31-17

Richmond Retros vs. Alcatraz Island Ballbreakers

congradulations richmond, this is the first win i have ever predicted for you. Sadley, its by default. Ballbreakers, i am sorry you have to deal with a gutted team, its really a shame that owners all over glb are doing this. why not just get a new owner and have all the old players stay? sure you would need replacements for the owners players, but it can't be that bad! i hate it when peoples balls seem to drop off when they don't win enough

West:

Los Angeles Reign vs. Fresno Fire

The fire are good, but they have nothing on the best team in the league. i think the two top seeds are the best teams right now. hands down. 56-2

Bay Area Bastards vs. Over the Rhine Dots

i love Bay area, them and the massacre are fucking twins lol. oh and btw guys! OTR hasn't boosted yet! when tooley told me i was so surprised i shit myself! like i actually soiled myself while sitting at my computer! (it was pretty messy, i won't bore you with the details, but lets just say that OTR wasn't the only thing with red dots in it... ugh... 38-28

Little Haiti Voodoo vs. San Jose Chupacabre

you guys are the main reason i decided to power rank this week. this is definitely the game of the week. holy shit this is gonna be a good game. San jose's lack of running game is going to get them. not even 2000 yrds? if you don't have 2000 rushing yrds you are an embarrassment. this league just made it 10x easier to rush, and all the d-lines builds are fucked! even if your a passing team! the massacre and bay area are creeping 2300! the voodoo score better than san jose and are more well balanced, but basically its anyone's game. 31-24

the rest of the west are piddley games. higher seed wins.

Bay Area vs. OTR probable playoff matchup.

I'd say it's almost a definite first round matchup. The only way it doesn't happen (that I can see) is if OTR wins out and San Jose loses to Haiti and NY Warriors. Either that or OTR loses out and Fresno finds a way to beat LA, which is much less likely.

Thanks for the comment, as the Souls owner it's much appreciated. We had some close games this season where our opponent won by a small margin and where we could have won. I actually think the schedule helped us a lot too as we played the gutted team nearly every 3 games keeping our morale high.
We're more than happy to fight for a playoff room and as a young team didn't expected it at the start of the season. I hope the last game vs Little Haiti will not cost us the playoff spot.

Our high stats are also explained by big scores against gutted teams.

thats the problem i have with boosting at the end of the season, you're losing 13 games of your moneys wirth, and you have a bad seed for the playoffs. No home field = no money = harder teams etc. i don't see the advantage. sure you can put his stats where it will be better because you know about the whole "vision should be same as throwing" change that they made. You would think he would rock it next season then right? wrong. next season he will wait to boost again and the level 29 will be against level 32s, so any advantage you had in your biuld is lost.

Here's the thing. We're gonna play hard teams in the playoffs no matter what. I'm not happy with getting home field and winning two games. We've done that before. We've already paid for every possible section to our stadium for next season, so what good is money? We'll go into next year with only 2 sections left to build before our stadium is finished.

This move was about making our team as good as possible during the regular season (which goes out the window in less than a week), to give us the best shot of winning the league. Whether we come up short or not on that goal, we've advanced some of our builds by as much as 300-500 xp. Ecspecially our lowest level players which happened to all be in our secondary, which also happened to be the most glaring weakness on our team.

Only reason we're boosting when we are, is that nobody wants to go into the playoffs with a 97 morale, and with the Bastards and Massacre on our schedule for 2 of the last 3 games, it made perfect sense.

You can argue it all you want, but if you pay attention to GLB, you'll notice that most of the top teams in USA Pro didn't boost this year either.

this is pretty ignorant. QB stats have more to do with the skill level of the league, and the wr's builds.

Look at your league. It SUCKS against the pass....

With Richmond, Bortsville, and Alcatraz you have the 3 worst passing defenses all rolled into one crappy conference. lmao, you also have 8 out of the worst 11 passing defenses. Congrats. You're putting up great stats in the MAC of GLB. Are the numbers impressive? Sure. Overall.

Would you like for me to keep quite the fact that against the 2 best defenses that you've played this year (won't even count the 21/48 for 195 yards and 0 scores preseason performance against us), you're 69/103 with 653 yards, 0 TD's, and 4 int's ??? Awesome.
