If I want to blitz outside cornerback (for example, CB2 in base formation or 4-2-5), is there a way to force FS or SS to cover the WR that CB is covering? I know some people blitz CB3 in 4-2-5 and use cover 1 with LB shifting to make LOLB cover WR3, but I don't know how to force FS or SS to help covering WR1 or WR2. Can we control who FS and SS cover in cover-1 or cover-0?

well, you can play cover 0 and that is all man, so the Safeties will be forced to cover a WR. Also, you should only be blitzing a CB, when they have 3 or less WRs on the field, because if you are running a dime, you have 4-5 CBs on the field, so you wont necessarily need a safety to cover a WR.
BTW, blitzing CBs blow. Experimented it and it sucked. 0 sacks, 0 hurries, and 41 points given up.

One game is not nearly a big enough sample size to conclude that CB blitzes blow. CB blitzes are great at stopping pitches, even if they don't happen to get any QB pressure.
As long as your coverage shell is set up correctly, if you are in man underneath coverage, blitzing a CB will cause either a safety or LB (or another CB) to cover the WR.

I have noticed that the special ability "Blitz" for a CB has the most effect on the success, which depends entirely on how fast the CB gets off on the snap. For some reason, I've seen my CBs with 80 speed look slower than molasses blitzing. I believe it's because their blitz SA is only 1 or 2, and the more effective guys with lower speeds and better "Blitz" SA do a lot better.

I've tried it, it's awful, the offensive AI picks up on the open man instantly and even fast corners never get close to the QB.
If you blitz a corner blitz the nickle.

You mean it's awful against sacks?
What about outside runs?

LB makes the tackle. The blitzing CB wasn't relevant to the play. Why are you linking this play?

Bad for sacks and leaves a receiver open too long. I've only tried it in the AI in passing situations.

Im linking how to not let the slot run free and uncovered. If I didn't bring the ROLB the corner would have been in position to make the TFL........

I've tried it for 2 games, have given up 96 points combined. It seems everytime he blitzes, the computer realizes his man's open, so it's atleast a 30yrd gain everytime.

I've been burned with it too. We have junked the CB3 blitz in nickel. Sometimes the free is lined up properly and sometimes he is not. Too much of a gamble. Cover ZERO should bring him to the slot, but he doesn't seem to always be there.
