Esp against Salem :S Maybe the other way around

makos or vice winning is ok with me because one team has to drop back in the standings. I also hope that the hammer heads beat detroit. I want as big of a cusion as we can build in the 2 spot.

Just thinking about it now, given that the model has no data on inter-conference matchups, then it must be comparing the top of each league based on what it sees as a spread within each conf. Basically, the model sees more general parity in the East and more clustering at the top in the West. So the best of the west it predicts will beat the best of the East. But I would also guess that it would predict the middle of the east would beat the west.

Totally meaningless in terms of predictive value, again since it has no data, just interesting from a stats POV.
