my punters morale keeps goin down. iv trained in confidence, but it hasn't been doing much. I know i can't get him to do much better since he's at such a low level, but whats the best way to raise it? or is it just something i'll haveto cope with until he gets better and can have it raised by good play?

Your team is 1-6. That's why your punter's morale is so low. When they start winning, it'll go up.
