Yeah, theres at least 2 teams in this league following a slow build strategy.

Not because they wish to dominate, just because they feel it's their only option.

One of the other posts in the forum shows which 2 they are, but I don't have the time to search for it at the moment.

already asked them about it but it usually takes a couple of days for them to get back to people, so I think they'll give it away before then, bad luck
