You don't have anything softcapped, 90,000 is way too high, 15,000 is way too high. You starting is ridiculous. When my C is lvl 2 he will have 60 str with equip.

I've "forgotten" to open my build, I've demanded money for intense training, I've made other outrageous contract demands, I've asked for USA Teams only, I've demanded to start despite being a new low-level player, I've bumped a thread that was already at the top of the page, I've had an all caps message...is there anything else I need to make this a compilation of all annoying free agent threads?

How about a GM position and forum access before choosing a team, on top of time at WR?
