I think the only good point he made is that Protect should work on the LT and RT.

I don't even like that one. LOT and ROT should not be the same build. They should be different. In normal football the LOT is always your best pass protector, the Protect SA was Bort's way of making this apply to GLB.

True, but if a team constantly blitzes the other DE, they're not going to sit there with a thumb up their ass...they're going to move their awesome pass protector to block him.

Nah, they will put a TE over there to help or keep a RB/FB in to block. They would never move their LOT over.

A good change, would be for the Offensive AI to be able to pick out blitz pick up packages for the QB to call by reading the defense (but only if he has enough vision)

Haven't played with the offensive AI, but would be nice to have a setting for HB Pass Block Right/Left, same for FB.

There should definitely be a distinction between LOT and ROT.

But there should also be a way to stop people from putting RDE builds in an LDE spot and running through ROT's on every single pass play. The offense currently has no way to tell the TE "don't run a route and instead keep the LDE from raping us." Even a good pass protection OT isn't going to be able to stop the first stepping LDE's that brought about this post in the first place.

OMG, just like real football.

Put a career LT at RT for a game and watch him struggle severely.

If your ROT is built right then you should be able to run all over a pass rushing DE if they put him on the left side...that's just basic football.

But not basic GLB.
