Not bad, what are you trying to build though a Power or Elusive back? Just guessing from the attributes, it appears to be Elusive, if so I'd definitely concentrate on getting Vision, Carrying, and Confidence to at least 20 before you try to soft cap speed and agility though, but you can handle those through daily training. Just keep adding your SP into speed and agility, and he should turn out pretty good. Might take a season or two to see really good results, but hey it's a slow build right.

Since I am slow building, should I just train the minor attributes, while put all the SP when I naturally level up to Speed and Agility till it becomes 60 each at like level 19???? I am planning to play in a capped team next season then boost in the offseason and boost again which gives me 30 SP which I will put into my other stats like: Vision, Carrying, and Strength

I was trying to slow build this guy:
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=684495

Unfortunately he's leveling too fast. I'm surprised how much action he's seen despite 2 higher level backs on the roster and no stamina.

Strength: 15.33 Blocking: 10.8
Speed: 15.28 Tackling: 8
Agility: 48.96 Throwing: 10.8
Jumping: 10.8 Catching: 10.8
Stamina: 10.8 Carrying: 16.09
Vision: 15.22 Kicking: 8
Confidence: 15.2 Punting: 8

I put all my equipment on stamina then train it later

And a terrible way to build a RB. Only a few positions really benifit from slow building and RB is not one of them. The faster you reach those soft caps the better in the long run.

And when you slow build, you don't add any SP so neither of these RBs are being "slow built".

Slow building is an effective way to get point from training. If you use you skill points it defeats the purpose. If i was slow building I would not use my SP for two seasons.
