Something similar has already been done. It involves all teams from South America and all teams from EE, obviously from the A leagues.

I guess it will end up being a tournament for all of oceania.

Puerto Rico is the final team to be considered for the tournament. I have bumped it down to 8 teams. I will be PMing all owners with further information and brackets.

Next time there needs to be more than 8 teams. You cant exactly say that whoever wins that is the champion.
