I would have to say confidence and catching. If you are worried about the drops, then don't train jumping. You can't drop passes you can't reach. I've noticed my drops have decreased since I've been training confidence. I think I had like 2 or 3 drops all last year, and at the beginning of this year I had 5 or six per game.

I've been training confidence, and my drops were only 2 for last game.

I would say Vision, but your vision is good enough. Add to confidence and catching.

If I were you, i would allot this...

2 agility
4 stamina
6 confidence
3 catching

I think its the confidence, When my TE drops one pass the drops keep comming after that. But if he makes the catches then its smooth sailing

Don't ever place skill points into confidence/jumping/carrying. Ever...

Train those attributes. There is no reason to ever spend skill points on anything other than Strength/Speed/Agility/Vision/Catching - unless you have those to the soft cap.

in which case, 2nd cap a few attributes or work on SAs.

Which only adds to the certainty of the statement "Don't ever place skill points into confidence/jumping/carrying. Ever..."

If your energy is too low to train to get much benefit between games you either keep dropping or break your rule and use some skill to address the problem immediately. All teams are not the same and one rule doesn't fit all.

who would ever have to quit training just to gain an extra 3 points in energy?

If that happens - then SPEND the skill points to get stamina where it should be...

I have sub 30 in stamina for both of my guys - yet I can train 2 days for 30 energy and be back at 100 by next game.
