West:
Game of the Week:
Colorado (5-0) at EZ (4-1)- I don't think I would have predicted Colorado entering this game as the team with the better record, but here it is. EZ needs to rebound with a win this game. Will EZ finish this season as the bridesmaid yet again?

Fresno (5-0) at LilWeezyAna (3-2)- Fresno looks like they could be the team to beat out of the West with a big win over EZ. LilWeezey has two tough losses but could make a big statement with a win here.

San Fransisco (3-2) at Minnesota (3-2)- San Francisco started the season strong but has struggled recently. Minnesota is coming off a heartbreaking loss and is looking for revenge. The loser of this game may even be in danger of missing the playoffs.

East:

Game of the Week:

Milwaukee (4-1) at Maine (4-1)- Both teams have a single loss, but both control their own destiny. If either team wins out, they will clinch home field advantage for the playoffs. Both teams are only 3 points away from being undefeated and have rebounded well.

New York Launch (3-2) at Naperville (4-1)- Naperville has steamrolled everyone but the Woodys this season, and looks to continue the streak against the struggling Launch. Can the Launch recover from a tough loss to Sin City?

Martha's Vineyard (3-2) at Sin City (4-1)- Sin City has been impressive this year and will look to continue Martha's downfall. Martha's will have their hands full in this one. Can they salvage the season and make the playoffs?

wow we begin a journey this week its fresno this week who is undefeated
then its colorado who has a chance to be undefeated when we play them
Then its SNK probably the toughest team in the conference
after that stretch i don't think we can lose again for the rest of the season

We will do everything we can against those Sublime dudes and dudettes. Today's loss against our rival, the Maine Hawks, was a tough pill to swallow. I knew this stretch of the schedule wouldn't be easy.

Mainers are tougher than Mass folks, just how it is...

Massholes have been forged in the crucible of the rotary. We are systematically indoctrinated in blind rage and aggression by the Highway Department. You don't get much tougher than that.

I think Sin City is one of the big surprises this season. I wasn't expecting them to play nearly this well. The Sublimes/Ballbusters matchup should be a good one.

ps. "... If either team wins out..." Huh? That line makes no sense to me whatsoever.

How would a 15-1 team not be expected to have home field? Who wouldn't clinch home field if they went on a 9-0 tear to end the season?

We get Martha first, then Maine, followed by Naperville. Cripes that is a tough stretch. We definitely are not looking past Martha's Vineyard.

Naperville and Indy could win the rest of their games and not get it if Columbus wins out. There are only 3 teams that control their own destiny right now. The rest need help for getting the #1 seed.

Gotcha. Not sure why but I was mistakenly just thinking of first round home field.

It makes much, much less sense that way.

I love this thread! Lots of good words about us proud Massholes! Remember, we got rid of those "Maine"iacs in 1820 because we no longer wanted those guys in our state. You guys were part of us until we got rid of you. At least most "Maine"iacs are fans of the Sox, Pats, Celts, and Bruins. That's a plus.

My Ballbusters are getting mighty hungry for another win. I hope it comes soon. The Sublime will be a very tough task. I think it'll be a good game.

The Milwaukee vs Maine game will be a good one. We may even sober up for it.

Tank is happy to say that he and the Launch are going to leave Naperville with a huge win. Tank knows this. And Naperville does too.

Actually, suddenly our defense has been taking naps.
