With the tweaks this season should I switch some of my equipment around to get more strength? I am getting tired of getting tackled by the CB on pitch plays. Would some more strength help solve that? Or do I need something else?

Vision, to read the blocks of you WR, will help you avoid the tackles. If you what to play smash mouth then strength.

I hear head fake is very effective in the lower lvs since the D has low vision. I would get points into Juke... Your build looks pretty good though. I would stick all of your equipment into 1 stat to gain the max out of it. If you feel you move fast enough I would focus on getting your agility to the next cap. Agility is the key to juking defenders so if that's your main problem then just up agility.

more blocking. It effects your ability to break tackles with the force of blocking

..... not even close..

joke right?

the only thing blocking does is help you block (duh) and it helps defense players understand how to break blocks.

Blocking - If you plan running any kind of offense you're going to need plenty of good blockers. Blocking helps your player to keep his target occupied longer. For defensive players, knowing how to block helps you know how to shed blocks a little easier.

Blocking doesn't break tackles, it only blocks and helps break blocks.
