OK, our team has a damn good running game, and we're trying to get our passing game closer to its level. We went pass happy last game, but had 8 drops out of 32, often on first downs.

I'd like to try and work out what I should do with my QB to help fix this.

His relevant stats are 64.8 Throwing, 48.8 Vision, 35.8 Strength, and 31.65 Confidence. He has 2-2-2-3-4 in the Pocket Passer Tree, and was throwing on Medium.

My receivers have Catching ranging from 30.39 to 50.96 on my WRs, with the drops on the ones with 41 to 30. Is catching going to 40+ really a necessity now, or is it likely to be a defect in my build, like more Pocket Passer?

Their confidence is all around 20 - does a drop from one WR affect the morale of another? I can see how low confidence might cause a morale spiral from the first drop, but it doesn't explain why so many players dropped.

That's mostly your WR's fault. Catching should be 40+ and they need better confidence. Your QB needs more confidence too.

Yeah, I spent too many points on SAs early I think. What sort of strength rating should I be going for oncce I softcap Vision? Is Confidence more important than improving strength at this point.

In your situation yes, confidence is more important.
