alby hasnt had one player boost yet. FWIW.

99% of Reno has not boosted either

Here is 8 that for sure have boosted 3 this year (starters), there are a couple more that have boosted 1 but I am not going to go over every player and nit pick it. So if 99% have not boosted, you must have the biggest roster in GLB history.

I'm pretty sure who boosted what is irrelevent it was a good game and could of gone the other way easily. Today is Renos day however so congrats!

Eddie Adams did not Boost I know for sure some of the others did. So 7 out of 48 who did boost equals a total of 86% unboosted if that makes you feel better about yourself. Reno has had nothing but class wether win or lose, and this thread was to say GG and we did not expect the win. You should not tarnish your classy reputation either by "nit picking".

I wouldn't say it tarnishes a person's reputation to correct somebody else when they make a mistake. If that were the case your own reputation would be tarnished for correcting Winchester and writing that Eddie Adams did not boost. But good game reno. We will see you in the playoffs

Guys, I'm not sure if this has been addressed elsewhere, but the simulations are really frustrating to watch and I feel like this was a good game to bring it up because it happened to both teams.

Covered guys are DRAPED all over recievers (often double and triple teams) and they are still making catches. This really frustrates me. On Reno's game-winning drive, there were easily 3-4 balls that last year would have been deflected including the linked play by lef grebo. Alby had their share of impossible catches as well. It simply is no fun to watch because instead of rewarding good coverage, it just mades passing a coinflip and personally I really don't like it all.


To Alby, great game. I still feel like you have the better team and we'll see you in the playoffs.

Yeah there is alot of screwy things going on with the sims this season so far hopefully they get sorted out quickly.

As much as i admire the statistics and congratz the winner.
a kickof return for touchdown and 1 decent drive and you win??
man i played some football now and then but over 10-15 years i can only think of one semi final game that went like that.
The favorite knocking on the redzone all day and and underdog doing it in just a punt return and a late 4th quarter touchdown, but then the team has something to go for and you won`t see that happen in any run of the mill game.
So if this is an exception i`ll say it happen if several games have freak scores like these i`ll say yeah the sim might need some more tweaking

I've already said that I felt the sim needed tweaking but not for the reasons you said. I do think that you have the better team, but there have been plenty of teams that have dominated the game and the other team still wins. Did you get unlucky by getting stopped at the goalline a bunch? Yes. Does it happen in real football? Yes. That to me is very realistic. It is just variance.

If you're gonna get stopped X% of the time in the red zone, then in some games, you'll be held to a field goal every time. It happens in the NFL and it happened here. I wouldn't worry about it. It's just statistical variance. The sim can't be tweaked to stop that.

Did Alby play better than Reno? Yes. Are both of these team going to make the playoffs? Yes? Does seeding make that big of a difference for teams who are doing fine financially? No. So relax and be happy that you outplayed one of the other top teams in the league and be happy there is actually some competition in this league that can stay with you. Otherwise this game would be boring.

all i was sayin it doesnt happen very often and that it in my opinion mostly happens when there is really something on the line witch in my opinion there really wasnt
and i think therefore think that the sim might need a little tweaking to reflect those situations (Yeah yeah i know how unlikly it is to happen and hard it is to do)
